3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information required for delivering services. This includes access to:
- Website or CMS
- Analytics accounts
- Search Console
- Hosting/server (if needed)
- Content and branding materials
Delays in providing information may result in delays in project timelines.
4. Payments & Billing
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Monthly service subscriptions must be paid in advance.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
5. Use of AI Tools
Our solutions may use third-party AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic).
We are not responsible for inaccuracies, AI hallucinations, or incorrect outputs generated by external AI tools.
6. Intellectual Property
All strategies, documents, frameworks, and AI tools developed by Claveto Technologies remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their website content, brand, and media assets.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Search engine algorithm changes
- Ranking drops due to external factors
- Loss of data due to third-party platforms
- Issues caused by hosting, security breaches, or client modifications
Claveto Technologies provides services on a “best effort” basis.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you agree to the new Terms.
